Efímero Couture - Return & Refund Policy

At Efímero Couture, every piece is carefully designed and produced with attention to craftsmanship, detail, and quality. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the limited nature of our collections and exclusive product releases, all sales are final.

Efímero Couture does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control
- Sale items or limited releases

Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing guides, product descriptions, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect compared to your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your request must include:

- Full name
- Order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue
- A brief description of the fault or incorrect item received

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the exchange process.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To qualify for an approved exchange, items must:

- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Remain in original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be free from stains, odors, marks, or signs of wear

Efímero Couture reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law:

- Worn or washed garments
- Sale items
- Limited edition releases
- Gift cards
- Accessories or promotional items

SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Efímero Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD PREVENTION

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abusive refund requests may be formally disputed using shipment tracking records, proof of delivery, customer communication history, and any other relevant evidence.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
