ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

During periods of increased demand, including:

- Limited releases
- Promotions
- Sales periods
- Public holidays

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Efímero Couture reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, or incorrect information is suspected.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated shipping times:

- Australia: approximately 2–8 business days
- International: approximately 7–20 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

Efímero Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external events once an order has been dispatched.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and delivery progress through the shipping carrier.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Efímero Couture does not control or estimate customs charges and will not be responsible for additional import-related costs.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges or import taxes, the customer remains responsible for all original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, and associated expenses.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

Efímero Couture is not responsible for:

- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Returned shipments caused by customer error

If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping details, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Efímero Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to ensure delivery locations are secure.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

- Clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item
- A description of the issue

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

DELIVERY ISSUES

- Missed deliveries
- Unclaimed packages

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

the customer may be responsible for:

- Reshipping fees
- Return shipping charges

NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS

Claims relating to non-delivery must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery date.

Efímero Couture reserves the right to investigate shipping claims directly with the carrier before providing any resolution.
