Efímero Couture - Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Efímero Couture, all products are prepared, allocated, and processed immediately after an order is placed. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, we maintain strict cancellation conditions.

By placing an order with Efímero Couture, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled after processing has begun.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure efficient fulfillment and dispatch. As a result, cancellation requests submitted after payment confirmation may not be accepted.

Efímero Couture reserves the right to determine whether an order qualifies for cancellation at its sole discretion.

NON-CANCELLABLE PURCHASES

The following purchases are strictly non-cancellable:

- Limited edition releases
- Exclusive collections
- Sale items
- Promotional items
- Pre-order products once production or allocation has commenced
- Orders already processed or shipped

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:

- Product selections
- Sizes
- Shipping information
- Billing details
- Order quantities

before completing checkout.

Efímero Couture is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by customers.

FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If a payment is declined, reversed, flagged for fraud, or unable to be verified, Efímero Couture reserves the right to:

- Cancel the order
- Delay processing
- Request additional verification
- Refuse future transactions

without prior notice.

PRE-ORDERS

Where pre-order products are offered, estimated shipping dates are approximate only and subject to change.

Pre-order purchases may not be cancelled once manufacturing, allocation, or fulfillment preparation has commenced.

Customers acknowledge that delays may occur due to production schedules, logistics, or supplier-related factors.

SUBSCRIPTION OR INSTALLMENT SERVICES

If Efímero Couture offers installment payments, subscriptions, memberships, or recurring purchase services in the future, additional cancellation terms may apply and will be disclosed separately at the time of purchase.

FRAUDULENT CANCELLATIONS AND CHARGEBACKS

Efímero Couture actively monitors fraudulent activity, abusive cancellation behavior, and unauthorized chargebacks.

False disputes or fraudulent chargeback claims may be formally challenged using:

- Shipment tracking records
- Proof of delivery
- Order confirmations
- Payment verification
- Customer communication history
- Fraud detection systems

We reserve the right to restrict future purchases from customers engaging in suspicious or abusive conduct.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
